American Rock/Alternative/Screamo band Picture Me Broken, winners of one of the places of the Top 20 Unsigned Bands of 2009 on PureVolume and winner of MTV VMA Best Breakout Artist SF/Bayarea aren't exactly a meek sounding band.
Fronted by powerful voiced frontwoman Brooklyn, mixing the vocals of singers such as Amy Lee and Cristina Scabbia with the breakdowns of blessthefall and the catchy hooks of any good pop band, the concept is relatively new and not done brilliantly before.
Really a band to check out, especially my favourite 'Dearest (I'm So Sorry)'. They might look like the typical scence/emo band, but trust me, they're pretty damn good.
